Refund & Return Policy

At CRATUS Technology, Inc. (“CRATUS”), we aim to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return a product, the following terms and conditions apply:

 

1. Return Eligibility

Standard and Custom Products: All products, including standard and custom-made items, are eligible for returns, subject to applicable stocking fees.

Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition. This includes unused and unopened items as well as opened or used items (subject to additional fees).

Exclusions: Items damaged due to misuse, such as submersion in liquids, physical impacts, or other improper handling, are not eligible for returns.

 

2. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 4 calendar weeks of purchase, and proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, invoice) must be provided.

 

3. Return Authorization

Customers are required to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any products. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product(s). CRATUS does not provide return shipping labels.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as CRATUS is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

 

5. Stocking Fees

A 20% stocking fee applies to all returned items.

An additional 20% fee will be charged for opened or used items.

Example: A used product return will incur a total stocking fee of 40% of the purchase price.

 

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of CRATUS receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

Refunds will reflect the original purchase price minus applicable stocking fees. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@cratustech.com or +1.669.877.4400 to arrange for a replacement or refund. This excludes damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the product.

 

8. Non-Returnable Items

Items showing signs of misuse or damage, including but not limited to:

Submersion in liquid.

Physical damage from impacts or improper handling.

Alterations to the product not authorized by CRATUS.

Such items will not be eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements.
